Frequently asked questions

Is my PDF uploaded anywhere?

No. The extraction runs entirely in your browser with pdf-lib. The PDF never leaves your device, so confidential documents stay private.

How do I choose which pages to extract?

Enter a page range like 1-3, 7 to extract pages 1, 2, 3, and 7. You can mix single pages and ranges, separated by commas. Leave it set to all to keep every page.

Does extracting pages change the quality?

No. The selected pages are copied into a new PDF exactly as they are. The text, images, and vector content are untouched, so there is no quality loss.

What order are the extracted pages in?

Pages always come out in their original document order. For example, entering 7, 1 produces a PDF with page 1 first, then page 7.

What if my PDF is password protected?

If a PDF opens without a password in your viewer, it will work here. Documents that require a password to open are not supported.
