Rotate PDF Pages

Fix a sideways or upside-down PDF by rotating its pages. Rotate the whole document or just a page range (like 1-3, 5) by 90, 180, or 270 degrees, then download the corrected file. Everything runs in your browser with pdf-lib, so the PDF never leaves your device.

How to rotate a PDF

  1. Drop a PDF in, or click to browse.
  2. Choose which pages to rotate and the rotation angle.
  3. Download the rotated PDF.

Examples

Turn scanned pages upright

Frequently asked questions

Is my PDF uploaded anywhere?

No. The rotation runs entirely in your browser with pdf-lib. The PDF never leaves your device, so confidential documents stay private.

Can I rotate only some pages?

Yes. Enter a page range such as 1-3, 5 to rotate just those pages, or leave it set to all pages to rotate the whole document.

Does rotating reduce quality or change the content?

No. Rotation only changes each page's orientation flag. The text, images, and vector content are untouched, so there is no quality loss.

Why is the rotation added to the current angle?

Each rotation is applied on top of the page's existing rotation, so rotating a page by 90 twice results in 180. This matches how most PDF viewers behave.

What if my PDF is password protected?

If a PDF opens without a password in your viewer, it will rotate here. Documents that require a password to open are not supported.
